PHONE & IT OUTAGE
UPDATE (12 NOON): Services have been restored, and our phone lines and systems are up and running.
Thank you for your patience during the outage.
We currently have no operating phone lines or IT access at The Lade Medical Practice. If you phone the practice you will not be able to get through, and we are unable to make appointments or access patient data.
If you have an appointment you can still attend, but the doctors will be limited in what they can do.
This outage began yesterday afternoon, and unfortunately we don’t have an estimated time for resolution. Our service provider is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will update here as soon as services are operational again.
